What Causes Fever With Cough And Sneezing?

Dear sir, l am nazia islam.i am 16 years old.i have been suffering from a fever for 3 days.coughing and sneezing is also going on.with this i can also feel back pain.i am taking paracetamol with this. Will i use any antibiotic?plz suggest me if it is required.thank you.

hello

You seem to be having a viral infection and i dont think you will need any antibiotic at present. If however you develop yellow colored sputum or the fever increases, i would like you to meet your doctor for advice and antibiotic prescription.
