What Causes Fever With Leg Pain?

Hi Im a 45 yrs. old male. In 2007 I had a tibia and perone fracture. I had been leaving my fife normaly, but few days ago I experiment hard pain that dont let me walk, im in a lot of pain and I have fever. I never been in the surgery room before.
