Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms pain in jawline is commonly seen in patients suffering from cold and pain in jawline is seen associated with itchy and sore sensation in teeth also.
As far as pain over cheekbone is concerned it can be due to Sinus infection secondary to cold and inflammation of sinus leads to pressure and pain over face.
Nothing to worry, consult anENT physician and get evaluated and in case of sinus infection antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine [Sudafed], decongestant nasal spray, steam inhalations and using a humidifier in your room can help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
