What Causes Feverish In Hands And Feet After Having Blood Transfusion?

Hello, I had a blood transfusion because of my anemia, my doctor prescribe birth control pills to stop my heavy cycles for 3 months so my iron level can get higher,, I was actuallt at a 6,, bbut now I feel feverish in my hands and feet,, is this normal

- duration of the episode with relation to time period of transfusion

- associated rigors
- any changes in body temperature measurement by thermometer
- alteration in blood pressure if any
