What Causes Fever, stomach Pain And Body Tremors?

Hello, my son received an exray yesterday at the urgent care.and i was told it was a little hazzy. His had a fever, was complaining about his stomach hurting and was habing chills. He also sounds stuffy and like he can breathed. They have him on antibiotics but he is still having fevers and feels cold, and I can feel him shaking. What could it be should i take him back to his regular doctor?

HI
Well com HCM
I really appreciate your concern this is allergic condition and does not seems any infection role of antibiotics may be questionable, you need o wait for some time till the fever runs its course if the symptoms remains as it is then routine blood test is must, till then symptomatic medicines would be enough, take care.
