What Causes Fever,weakness,body Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

I've had a low grade fever for the last few days ranging between 99.1 and 100.4 the only other symptoms is week and achky I haven't lost my appetite. The top of my throat hurts a Lil but not like a normal soar throat. What could this be and should I be worried?

You didn't mention the duration of this low grade fever.
Such type of fever may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Typhoid fever , diagnosis can be confirmed by Widal or serology test.
2 Tuberculosis , diagnosis can be confirmed by pcr , tuberculin test with blood for CBC , ES R .
3 Hepatitis , is another most common cause of such symptoms . Diagnosis can be confirmed by HBASG for A , B C E .
However, it is very difficult to establish any diagnosis with these symptoms ,so physical examination is also important so consult a physician and get his opinion as advised.
