What Causes Finger Pain And Body Pain?

i am 42 and have been on effexor and a bp med with diuretic for about 3 months now. for several days i have had neck pain but today i started having body aches as if if have the flu or fever but i feel fine otherwise. the pain is in my fingers through my toes.
