What Causes Finger Pain And Tingling With Cast On Wrist?

Hi i had a cast put on for my wrist 5 days ago for two 2week and it came loose over the week end and came off i pushed it back on and since then i had little paqin from my little finger and patingling pains in my wtrist and hand. do you think i should go back to my fracture clinic to have a new one put on even if i only got 8 days left with it on thank you
