What Causes Fingers And Toes To Go Cold After Taking Mox With Ciplox?

My son aged 13.6 consuming mox 500 twice a day alongwith ciplox, after consuming the tablets, his fingers and toes will become cold for a while then it turns normal after half an hour. Can u explain me please why it happens so? Is this normal or any complications?
