What Causes Fingers Numbness And Tingling, Body Imbalance And Fractured Orbital Bone?

My left hands fingers are numb all the time. I drop things like never before and mynwhole body balance has been off a ton lately. I'm on 2400mg of gabapentin and 40mgs of adderrall. I'm a 34 yr old electrician that has been on and off steroids for 3 months for muscle mass increase.
