What Causes Fingertip Numbness Intermittently With High BP?

for the past 2 to 3 days I have been experiencing numbness in the finger tips i never had this before. I am 39 years. the numbness goes off after some time and then comes back not constant. my periods last for 8 to 10 days. When this numbness occured I thought I had high BP. My hemoglobin is 9%, had taken Haemglow for 2 month, should I take Dexorange syrup, will it help, hope it is not a serious problem
