What Causes Fingertips Tingling With Heaviness?

For the past week I have constant tingling on my fingertips(except the thumb). Sometimes it goes away, but not for long. I am an otherwise healthy person, average weight, unfortunately not very active but I eat healthy. There is no pain, but my hand feels heavier at times.
