What Causes Fishy Odor In The Penis?
I recently met a man I finally decided to sleep with him it was unprotected I was drunk that night so I didn t smell any odor on him he isn t circumcised but I Si was going to go down on him last night but I stopped immediately we didn t have sex yet we were in the car but I smelled a bad fishy odor and I came back up he said why did I stop I told him I suddenly got a headache but it was that his penis smelled what can that mean the odor it was gross and I ignored him all day today because I think he is dirty

It can be urethritis associated with sexually transmitted diseases. We have to rule out other causes like urinary tract infection or simple bacterial infection at the glans penis.
You can take him to a dermatologist and get a swab from the discharge and get evaluated.
