General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In my clinic, I usually go for a sonography and urinalysis of such patients to rule out kidney / ureter stone and urinary tract infection. Your counts are up with an increase in number of neutrophils and there are enlarged lymph nodes, they all point towards infection.

Please see your urologist who would start an appropriate antibiotic course for you. He might procure a urine culture to decide that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
