What Causes Flank Pain On The Right Side While Walking?

I have flank pain on the right side when walking or twisting sometimes down the front of the right thigh -laying on my right side is also painful -I have to self cath -- I ve had 2kidnay infections in the last 4. Months with 4 lots of antibiotics -this pain has been getting worse the last few days

Since u had previous episodes of urinary tract infection.. the above symptoms may be due to reflux /ascending infection (pyelonephritis) or any abscess (pus collection). Self catheterisation also triggers infection sometimes. Repeat urine routine and culture to be done. U have to do higher imaging like usg/ct scan to look for focus of infection or other cause.
