What Causes Flank Pain When Diagnosed With Kidney Stones?

Having a very bad flank pain on left side. Have 2mm kidney stones. Went ER 3 times at VA hospital and had 3 catscan. But they didn t find any problems. I am on fluoxetine HCL and trazodon and had tramodol by VA Doctors. Also I am anot insulin dependent dibetic. Please advise if you can. Thank you .

Hi & Welcome.
You seem to have developed urinary tract infection due to kidney stones.
Get your urine analysis and fasting blood glucose level done and take the appropriate treatment from your doctor. Drink plenty of oral fluids as it may facilitate the spontaneous passage of the stones through the urine.
