General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The pain you are currently having may be caused by kidney cysts. Possible cyst rupture may have happened and this may have caused pain and nausea you are feeling.
It is fluid filled since it says hypoechoic and the fluid may have spread to abdomen causing the pain. You may need to do another ultrasound to check its conditions. Visit your nephrologist soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
