What Causes Flapping Sound In The Ear With Deviated Septum?

Hello, I was detected with deviated septum.and after that sinus problem just 3 weeks back.but from a long back
I am getting flapping sound in my year( more in left) and pain also when loud. I am on medication.feeling better also.but the ear problem is still there.need some suggestion.thanks.Dolly

sound in ear can be due to retracted tympanic membrane,if it is so steam inhalations with karval plus capsules helps u.
if it doenot workout, ear needs to be examined with otoscope for external and middle ear causes
