What Causes Flares In The Joints And Swelling In The Toes?

hi there, i'm a 40 y/o w female with a history of psoriatic arthristis, Graves dz, high bp and high cholesterol. I'm currently on enbrel, prednisone for flares which treats the psoriatic arthritis, graves dz, which I take synthroid 200 mcg for, high blood pressure which I take 25 mg of which I was 3 meds for last yr. I had lost weight on purpose due to being pre diabetic, and I also have sjorgrens dz, I take pilocarpine for to help with dry mouth. I was taken off of two meds for high bp and kept on a low dose of atenolol 25/50, I also take roxi's 15 mg and tiazidine for pain. I have alot of flares in my joints, swollen toes, finger and toe nails hurt and become infammed-both are starting to separate from the nail bed. (very painful I might add.) I have been suffering with recurrent uti's and yeast infections for the past 13 or 14 mo's. I even think I may have gone septic, not sure? Had a rash on my knees, fever on and off and low blood pressure. which now has gone up, but I was off the hp med for a mo until I started all the antibiotics again. I seem very anxious, sometimes confused. I had to ask several questions over and over again. My body would shake at night, suffered with night sweats though I had a hysterectomy some 5 ys ago. Still have an occasional hot flash, though this was different. I was irritable. My mother died of sepsis due to a uti and she had no symptoms, I think she may have had the samme condition though missed diagnosed for gout. I' sure you can tell I have some medical background just from my writting. I've been to a urologist, I'm currently seeing a rheumologist. The urologist did a urethrea dilation (no Help I might add except now I dont get the burning sensation) just back pain which makes me nervous. Dont know what to do now? please advise.
