What Causes Flat White Patch Like Blisters On Lower Lip?

I have had a flat white patch like a flat blister that is painless on my lower lip for a few months, it is sometimes not as visible as other times. small and in the middle of the lower lip, it will not go away and does not respond to lip creams etc...it is not herpes and is in an area once sunburnt, could this be cancer

I really appreciate your concern, if this is something like hypopigmented area then it may not be cancer or sunburn but it needs clinical observation to rule out the possibility of vitiligo, since it is chronic one then better to see the dermatologist it may be just nonspecific, hope this information helps.
