General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fainting attacks commonly occur due to dehydration, low blood pressure, anaemia, hypoglycaemia, alcohol use, diabetes or vertigo, anxiety/stress.

If you have a history of a migraine you need to see an ENT doctor & get examined to rule out vertigo. Stay away from anxiety, quit addictions if any, stay well nourished & hydrated.

To avoid flatulence take plenty of fibre in your diet, avoid constipation, get liver function tests done to screen out any developing pathology in the liver. Take antacids & PPI's once daily to relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
