What Causes Flesh Colored Bumps On The Knee Without Irritation?

Hi i have theese weird flesh colored bumps on my knees and one on my elbow that don t hurt, itch, or irritate me in any way. I used to think that they were from shaving but im not so sure now. I have about 6 on my left leg starting at my knee but reaching to my foot and about 11 on the right leg starting just above my knee but stretching about halfway down the calf area and one on my right elbow. They are fully conected to the flesh and all loke the same but some have a dot in the center and on some its red and others just a different fleshtone. Help please!

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having granuloma annulare.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin E supplement once daily for 3 months.

Thanks.
