What Causes Fleshy Growth On Adam S Apple And Neck Pain?

Hi, im 21 yeas of age and for the passed couple of days my neck has a slight ache in it. It sometimes occurs when I turn my head to a certain position. I also get a mild headache along with the neck pain. The lymph node under my jaw is slightly swollen but not firm, and the node behind my left ear is slightly swollen but it is firm. There s what seems to be small fleshy growth on the left side of my Adam s apple. I am a smoker. I smoke maybe half a pack a day and that s been for the passed couple years. I m really concerned about it being a tumor. Please help.

Hello

I cannot confirm whether its a tumor or not and the best thing to do would be to meet your ent doctor, he will examine the swellings and may ask you to do a blood test and ultrasound of the neck,please dont delay and meet your doctor.
