What Causes Fleshy Lump In The Right Side Of Mouth?

Hello, I have have a fleshy lump on the right side my mouth, a few centimeters away from my uvula, no pain, no soarness, just abit discomfort because I get the sensation of food needing to be swallowed, if need be I can provide a few pictures. Thanks for the help.

Here are a few questions I would like to ask :
How long has this lump been there?
What is the approximate size of the lump?
Is there any color change as in is it bright red or does it have a yellow color?
Have there been any changes to the size and/or color of the lump during this time frame?
I would also like to get a brief on changes in weight and your dietary patterns and indeed a picture would help.
