What Causes Fleshy Lump On The Labia?

I have a small fleshy lump on the edge of my left major labia. The size of 2mm at the tip and 4-5mm at the base. It s not skin deep. It just appeared 4 days back. Sometimes it itches at the tip and at times it hurts. I tried draining out to see if it contains pus, rather it bled a little. When I pressed it didn t hurt. I m 21 years old and not sexually active. What can actually be this? Please reply, I m perplexed. -miss nong
