What Causes Fleshy Lump On The Testicle?

hi my boyfriend realized that there is something different about his left testical. on the bottom /tip of the left one there is something protruding it is on both testicals but the left one is more pronouced. it looks like the vains are protruding. The area dose not hurt or feel hard . it feels like fleshy or spongy type of lump.

Hi, it could most likely be Varicocele which is a swelling of the veins above the testicles. They dont usually cause any problems. But, they can in some cases lead to pain, dragging or low sperm count. If you or he are worried about it then you can see a Surgeon or a Urologist and get an Ultrasound done and that will tell what it is and whether it requires treatment.
