What Causes Fleshy White Lump On The Tonsil Flap?

I AM 44YEAR OLD FEMALE, APPROX 8.5 STONE IN WEIGHT AND 5ft 3 inches IN HEIGHT. I HAVE A FLESHY LUMP WHITE IN COLOUR ON THE FLAP OF MY TONSIL. IT HAS BEEN THERE FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. I SHOULD MENTION I SUFFER FROM SEVERE BLOCKED SINUSES, I AM BEGINING TO BECOME CONCERNED ABOUT THE LUMP, IT IS BIGGER NOW THAN IT WAS A YEAT AGO.PLEASE CAN YOU HELP DOCTOR. MANY THANKS

hello, thanks for ur query, lump or growth over tonsil could be a growth from tonsil or lateral pharyngeal wall or parotid growth or palate growth causing obstruction of nasal cavities. kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon, biopsy and proper treatment. all d best. take care.
