What Causes Floaters And Black Wavy Lines In Eyes After Flight Journey?

Hi I flew home from scottsdale AZ and right after I started getting floaters in my left eye and with a lot of black wavy lines and it looks like a million flies are in my vision. Today I started with a black shadow on the bottom of eye. I am seeing eye doctor tomorrow and I believe I have a detached retina. Can an airplane flight cause this?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
In an aeroplan you are inside a pressurized chamber. retinal detachechment should not happen like that. It can occur for several other reason. It can be confirmed by indirect ophthalmoscopy under taken by doctor. So wait till you are examined and report is given.
