General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The issue seems to be related to problems at rods and cons cells with its photo sensitivity to particular lights.

* In our clinic, I recommend the patient`s systemic neurologic evaluation with particular attention to 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th cranial nerves.

* Visual evaluation with number and character chart, 6/6 vision, fundus, examination and retinal scan is best way to evaluate it.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
