What Causes Floaters In The Right Eye?

I have had stringy floaters in right eye today. This has never happened before. Not sure when I can get in to see doc. Technician is supposed to call me tomorrow. Can I go about regular activities, e.g. lifting weights, running, burpies, jumping jacks, in the meantime?

degenerative bodies in effected eye. fundus examination to detect hole tear and peripheral detachment. this is to be repeated to asses the progress of degenarative process. get checked by eye doctor technician is not recomanded avoid jumping and lifting weight. for regular activity take opinion of eye doctor.
