What Causes Fluctuating BP After Baby Birth?

Hello, I had a baby in December, I am seeing my blood pressure at 140 over 108......I don t suffer from hbp...and its only AFTER I had the baby, it has been fluctuating, I don t understand why this is happening......I did eat some salted nuts.....an I consumed a lot of sweet items today...could that be a contributing factor? Thank you.......Michelle Williams.

Fluctuations in blood pressure in your case could be due to anxiety.if it is persistently high >140/90,then you may need medication.thankyou
