What Causes Fluctuating Blood Pressure And Fatigue On Daily Basis?

Back into thousand 12, I was diagnosed with a 2 cm nodule on the right adrenal gland. I did a 24 hour urine collection, and the doctors saw that that mass was actually producing excessive norepinephrine. Due to insurance constraints, everything just stood at a halt. I am now experiencing fluctuating blood pressure is, from the very high, to normal. I am chronically fatigue, very bad headaches on a daily basis and joint pain. Any ideas???

In your case this demands all the clinical and other investigative reports, as for example the imaging study of adrenal gland, blood reports, clinical findings, on examination data, these are necessary for provision of diagnosis prognosis, and others, else the fatigue may not be due to adrenaline mass, also other symptom could be nonspecific, and not because of any disease, hope this information helps, (Age and gender was important one)
