What Causes Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels?

I ve been diabetic for 28 years and am experiencing stark changes, in blood sugar control. I ve been taken off the pump and put back on shots (6 a day + victoza+tresiba 58units) I changed my diet to less carbs and more protein and it seemed to be working until I was put back on statins, this time Pravastatin 20mg. Back to muscle cramping and weakness and now diareha for 2 days and sugar levels over 200 fasting, this am it was 233 before I had anything to east. Can you make suggestions of what to do. I have chf and afib and colostomy and hbp: meds are already given to me to help these. What can I change in my food to help go off the statins?

You don't eat sugar, jaggery (unrefined sugar) and any other sweets items.
You don't eat rice, khichdi (recipe cooked with rice and lentils) and any other items consisting paddy.
You can take bitter gourd, fenugreek, which are helpful to control your sugar level.
Consult physician.
Take anti diabetics drug or insulin as per the doctor's advice.

Take care.
