Hi Doctor, I am 28years old female, i have 1 and half year baby girl, when was checking glucose level simply one night after dinner it was around 128, so i thought of testing next day morning i.e fasting glucose as 105, then i tested it again next morning, it is 95. Please tell me whether there can be a chance of fluctuating glucose, is this normal or do i have something to worry here ??
Hello welcome to HCM. I have read your question and understand your concerns. Yes. It's absolutely normal. Sugar levels will fluctuate all the time. Don't be anxious about it.
Any of the above levels don't suggest diabetes. Still if you want to confirm, go for FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c report.
FBS >126 PP2BS >200 HBA1c >6.5 suggest diabetes.
Thank you.
