What Causes Fluctuating Levels Of SGPT In Blood?

im an ofw, i have medical problem, my sgpt is 118, doctor prescribed me transmetil and ursomax, after a week i checked my sgpt and it went up 132. the hospital doctor changed transmetil to levolin forte, i take 3xday of ursomax and 2xday of levolin forte. after a week it goes down to 98, i continued taking this medicine and after a week again it goes up 113 again. why my sgpt goes up and down? is this about the food im eat? im not drinking alcohol and im not smoking. i took ultra sound and its negative.
