What Causes Fluctuating Muscle Spasms Between Pelvic And Back Area?

I can actually feel spasms acutely in my lower and pelvis. They also rotate around to my back and buttocks. However, the spasms are precipitated by food or liquid intake. It feels like pins and needles or electricity is in my pelvis. When I massage my pelvic area, the spasms go to my back and when I massage my back area, the spasms go to my stomach/pelvis. I also feel little droplets (maybe intestinal fluid)?
I have a previous history of IBS with 2 negative colonoscopies. This is a constant problem and the antispasmodics such as Bentyl, hycosamine, and pamine don't help. This is a very bothersome and I cannot concentrate with all this going on.
I also have diabetes
