What Causes Fluctuation In Body Temperature Despite Taking Antibiotics?

Hello from alexandria Egypt,, its all started on last Tuesday when I felt that my temperature is high but I didnt have cold, only cough.. I got back home and found my temperature 38c.. On Wednesday it rose up to 39c with no cold and after that the cold shown up and since that the temperature drops to 37 or 36.8 then it rises again to 38.. It did that about 4 times till now... The first day I took a drug for temperature called abimol but it didn't do anything., I took cataflam with it and it was the reason to drop my temperature but when I found that the temperature rises again with cold and cough I took an antibiotic called augmentin but still my temperature not stable

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from either common cold or Influenza or flu leading to fever and cough and cold..
As both these are viral infections the infection will subside as the virus will complete its cycle..
As the viral infection does not resolve with anti viral medications therefore you have to take symptomatic treatment to resolve the symptoms..
You can take Tylenol to relieve fever as it is anti inflammatory antipyretic medicine..
You can take anti allergics like Levocetrizine,decongestants like Phenylephrine, mucolytics like Ambroxol,do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Suck throat lozenges and chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..
You can sip on warm water and other warm fluids..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods and take a soft bland diet..
Take appropriate rest..
