What Causes Fluctuation In Sugar Levels In A Type II Diabetic Patient?

I have type two and on medication. My sugar was last 10 and I have cut out those foods that have sugar and really trying hard to get it down. Yesterday it was reading 8.1 and this morning it says 9.1. I only had one piece of bread yesterday and an apple late last night. Why has it increased in 24 hours.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, actually sugar in diet may not cause this but calorie would be matter of concern, more over the blood sugar wont comes to normal one if you are diabetic but it should be under control and it seems same here in your case so no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
