General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The blood pressure is very high and the pulse is above the normal range. The upper limit for the pulse is 100 beats/minute.

Increased pulse may be related to different possible causes, some may not be serious whereas others may be associated with significant problems.

YOu need to consider visiting your doctor for review of both the blood pressure and pulse rate.
If the pulse is still increased then your doctor may suggest a complete blood count (the check for anemia), thyroid blood tests and an ECG.

I hope this helps
