What Causes Fluctuations In BP Level?

M 31 year old and i feel High bp and high pulse in doctor s room but normal pulse and normal bp at home. At clinic bp goes upto 150/90 and pulse 104. But at home bp is 125/78, 115/72, 130/80, 117/85 etc. Average pulse at home id from 67-80 Kindly suggest hoe to manage my lifestyle.. all tests viz sugar fasting t3 and t4 are normal.. colestrol is 180. SGOT-48 AND SGPT IS 40

Hi,
It seems that you might be having anxiety neurosis giving this problem.
As all reports are normal, nothing to worry.
Develop strong will power and self confidence.
Just to relieve anxiety, go for EKG.
Do not go for measuring blood pressure often.
