Hi,

Blood pressure variations do occur at different times of day and night.

I would like you to check your 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, in which a recorder is attached to your body and checks your blood pressure for 24 hours, or record blood pressure twice a day in morning and evening for 1 week and then we discard reading for the first day, and calculate an average.

However, the cut off for diagnosing blood pressure is a little lower than normal values (average of more than 135/75 is called high blood pressure for both of these methods).

You can pick anyone of this according to your ease and consult your doctor if any treatment is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
