What Causes Fluctuations In Blood Pressure Despite Taking L-Thyroxine, Atenolol And Amlodipine Besylate?

I am wondering if I might be taking my meds at the wrong time of day. I am 81 years old. Have a pace maker and in stage 3 renal failure. I take L- Thyrine 50mg in the morning. I also take Atenolol 25mg at the same time. At bedtime I take Amlodipine Besylate 2.5mg. Could any of them be overlapping, time wise? I am getting some crazy BP reading at times. Sometimes very low (92x47) and sometime very high (163x77). Thank you
