What Causes Fluctuations In Heart Rate And Chest Pain?

I am a 22 year old girl and I have episodes where my heart will be 132 bpm suddenly and 139/79 mmHg. It gets worse each time. Used to last and few seconds now its up to hours. I do all I can to calm myself but it gets harder. I get chest pain and feel like I will pass out. Ive been trying to find a way without prescriptions but not sure what i should do?

I really appreciate your concern, if you are going to read the pulse rate on your own then it makes you conscious and could increase the heart rate, so better to consult the cardiologist if this is really like that then it may need ECHO study and cardiac evaluation hope this information helps.
