What Causes Fluctuations In Heart Rate While Running?
I am slightly overweight now, but I have done sports and worked out my entire life through high school. When I got into college I stopped doing anything for pretty much a year so I put on weight. I now run everyday around 6-10 miles. I don t feel dizzy, pain, light headed or anything, but my heart rate during it jumps and lowers between 170-190 is this safe? If I don t run I cant sleep at all without sleep assist medicine because I have to much energy . PS. I am 19 years old and weight about 195lbs. Any suggestions?
Heart rate is ever changing phenomenon depending on your physical activity, emotional status and other physical conditions. During work out heart rate can be rapid which is totally normal until you feel any other symptoms, if yes then share with me.
