What Causes Fluctuations In Sugar Level In Spite Of Taking Natural Supplements?

I am a 67 years old female , My weight this morning 146lbs...my sugar level is always between 120-140...I only take over the counter supplements...apple cider vinegar tabs and cinnamon tabs...I tried something new yesterday Raspberry ketones. My sugar level before eating was 186...two hours later it was 221...30 minutes later it 221....what s going on ...I feel fine...I did do a little exercise this morning 30 minutes or so...

I really appreciate your concern, such fluctuation in blood sugar level is very likely and it may not be diabetes if you want to rule out this then you have to consult the physician and discuss it and let the physician decide about this it may not be diabetes or it may be to confirm this you have to go through numbers of test with some authentic laboratory, hope this information helps.
