What Causes Fluctuations In The BP Level Postpartum?

i weigh 89kg, i am 5ft 7inc tall, i had pregnancy induced high blood pressure but im 11 months postpartum. I am 28yrs old, the problem is my bp meter at home has started giving me a constant average of 120/70 but at the doctors office, its always around 140-160/70. What could be the problem, i even get so scared of that cuff

Hello,

It could be a white coat hypertension and is due to anxiety. If the base line blood pressure is above 140 anti hypertensives may be started.
