General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

If the temperature is high, there might be a focus of infection and it has to be identified.

A urine routine test is required to rule out urinary tract infection. If the temperature is high in the evening, conditions like tuberculosis must be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
