What Causes Fluffy White Vaginal Discharge?

I have white little toilet paper looking pieces coming from inside my vulva. I have no pain from this but it is irritating. I use a feminine wash everyday in the shower hoping to keep myself clean. Also I am not sure of why this happens but every time I have sex I get cut and also the other day I was wiping after using the bathroom and I cut myself that way. I am just wondering am I loosing skin from this toilet paper substance making my vagina skin thinner? Is there anything I can do to help with either of these issues?
