What Causes Fluid Accumulation In Right Testis?

Hello over two years ago I gt hydrocele repair on left testis the consultant told me the right testis had som fluid in it and would repair tht as well but after repair consultant say he left very small right one as there was lot of fluid from the left one and was afraid of me getting infection now the right one is getting size of small orange

I really appreciate your concern, if the fluid is minimal and does not cause any clinical symptoms then it is better to wait for some time no need to hurry you can decide for the surgery later on in absence of some clinical manifestation hope this information helps.
