I have had dizziness, fatigue, light headedness and headaches. I went to the doc and found out i have fluid behind my eardrum. she just recommended sudafed. is there anything else i can do to get rid of the fluid. also, I had my wisdom teeth removed a week ago, could that somehow be the cause of the fluid?
It may be due to allergy or eustachian tube block or infection. Use otrivinnasal spray twice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
